White Knight

Look at you,
Sweet Prince,
Going around playing the white knight.
You've glossed your amour to a high shine,
Tamed your steeds wild mane.
You've painted yourself quite well,
Smiles gentle,
Eyes kind.
How have you painted me,
Honorable Prince?
Just how much have you tainted my image,
Darling love of mine?
You've filled my gaze with hate,
Scrunched a scowl across my face.
My fingers are now claws,
Reaching,
Stealing.
You've painted me bloodthirsty.
And now you tell of the fearsome beast called "Heather"
Hoping someone will come to slay me
So your cowards lies will never be uncovered.

Swollen with Affection

You better watch out,
Cupid's taken back his sickness.
Fluffy and pink,
I was swollen with affection
And he tore his sharp little arrows right out of me.

I was a geyser,
Spewing my emotions,
Begging to be plugged back up.
And Cupid took no sympathy on me.
